I am a pharmacist by profession and currently work as a Customer Care (Patient Coach) at an insurance company. My passion for helping patients through their treatment journey has led me to this role, where I can utilize my knowledge and experience to make a positive impact on people's lives. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in communication, negotiation, and complaint handling. As a pharmacist, I have a deep understanding of the challenges that patients face when dealing with medical conditions and treatments. My role as a patient coach allows me to guide patients and their families through this process, providing support and helping them navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. I take great pride in my ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. I am a skilled listener, and I always strive to understand the unique needs and perspectives of everyone I interact with. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
