Bcom Nicholas Fernandes

I possess a BCom and LLB degree from the University of Pretoria. Having recently completed my post-graduate studies in Global Business Management, I seek to find a more permanent career with long-term objectives in the corporate legal field. Currently a candidate for licensing and certification through the National Committee on Accreditation with the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. My background and training are as a candidate Attorney registered with the Law Society of the Northern Provinces in South Africa. I have extensive experience in conducting criminal defence work, as well as engaging with the court and legal processes involved in the settlement of civil disputes. I have significant experience in understanding the importance of management, and adapting practices to mitigate risks in order to meet stringent deadlines. I do so while always maintaining the highest possible standards of work and relations.
