Bea Daniels

After graduating from the University of Alabama in 2013, I have been a member of Belk Department Store’s Sales Team. I completed an internship with Belk during my final semester of college and was recommended to apply for Belk’s Executive Training Program. I was one of five invited to join the eight month accelerated management program and was placed in the number one ranked Belk in total annual sales volume to train one on one with the Cosmetics Sales Manager. At the completion of my training, I was promoted to Sales Team Manager of Cosmetics and Intimate Apparel at the Durham, NC location. My experience in Cosmetics, driving sales, and the coaching and development of a sales team has led my superiors to promote me into multiple management and sales positions within Belk the last four years of my career.
