I specialise in providing legal, business consulting and structuring advice in several areas of banking and finance including, ESG, impact investing, financial regulation, financial derivatives, FinTech, prime brokerage, corporate, project and structured finance (securitisation - multiple asset classes).I have advised many financial institutions, wealth managers, funds, firms and corporates across 16+ jurisdictions, whilst working for Baker & McKenzie (Prague and London) and Allen & Overy (Bratislava) for more 12 years and as an external consultant - senior legal counsel - in institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank, RBS, HSBC, Citibank, UBS AM, Santander and Moody's Investors Services, after 2010.
