After my degree I have collaborated for one years with STMicroelectronics for developing a new detector DE/E. We have obtained good results reported in the articles wrote in collaboration with LNS (“Imaging monolithic silicon detectors telescopes” G. Cardella et all). From two years I’m collaborating with STMicroelectronics for developing the Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) for Photon Emission Tomography (PET). I have developed, with other people, SiPM flow chart. I have developed mask layout (CAD) and I have especially developed design of structure for T84 analysis. I follow the develop of SiPM in fact I control step by step the flow chart and I often meet some people to agree the action. I have characterized T84 structure and SiPMs (both wafer level and packaged) with Agilent, Keithley and SuSS MicroTec hardware with associated software. Specialties: Development of semiconductor device in planar technology by process (ATHENA by SILVACO) and device simulators (ATLAS by Silvaco). Definition a flow chart for a semiconductor device based on electrical characteristics and performances that are defined by product. Physical and electrical characterizations of the structures of test and elementary devices of technology by electrical measures, layers and structures analysis by SEM, FIB, TEM and SPR
