I am a Management Consulting professional with over 9 years Big 4 experience across both UK and Australian markets. I have worked with both global and local clients across a wide range of industries in both the private and public sectors supporting the delivery of large-scale complex transformation programs. I bring extensive experience supporting businesses to optimise their people, operations, process and technology through change management, project / programme management, Target Operating Model design, process and operational improvement, strategy design, ERP system implementation, and continuous improvement. For the past 9 months, I have contracted for Finastra as a Project Manager of a large scale complex Finance Transformation program. My role has involved typical program management tasks such as maintaining governance & control of the program, reporting to our Executive, detailed planning and risk management. However it has also required me to lead aspects of the program outside the PMO including managing the data migration workstream through cutover, delivery of hypercare, management of a fit / gap analysis exercise and scoping and planning for the next phase of the program. Through my experience, I have acquired a strong managerial, problem solving and delivery-based skill set. I thrive on working in a team, creating structure from chaos, the pursuit of continuous improvement, and translating ideas and strategic objectives into practical and achievable delivery. As a natural relationship builder, I am passionate about people, helping individuals and teams adapt to change and improve performance and wellbeing. Having recently qualified as a Mental Health First Aider I am keen to enhance corporate and individual wellbeing and performance in my next role.
