As centre coordinator I work within the Operations Team Purple Oak Support, I am responsible for the effective coordination and planning of room hire, facilities, maintenance and also carry out our front of house reception duties. I work closely with our contractors and suppliers to receive the best deal possible. I also lead a team of volunteers with learning disabilities who help me to run the centre. I work closely with The manager, CEO and our leadership team to ensure our facilities meet the needs of our care services whilst offering purposeful spaces to aligned services and external stakeholders to generate income to continue our charitable purposes. I also help and support Fundraising Charity events, I also represent Purple Oak Support at the BNI nextwork in Andover as the Charity for this chapter.
