As a coach to many top executives – working at the highest level within FTSE boards and executive teams of PE backed mid sized businesses. I work in a range of sectors from Fashion Retail through to Transport/Engineering, Consumer Goods, Technology, Gaming and Media – I have a deep understanding of what makes leaders successful and fulfilled in their careers. Naturally curious and unafraid to ask the questions that others might not feel able to, I bring a broad, open-minded approach that is both challenging and constructive. It’s often what is not being said rather than what is said that is most revealing – the value you can add by gentle nudging and challenging never ceases to amaze me. I really enjoy making a difference to an executive’s life and seeing how that difference can both enhance their career and ultimately their business’s performance. Of course, I’m fascinated and intrigued by the psychology of it but I’m also driven by the business results and will ask the commercial, strategic and difficult questions that keep executives focused on their personal and their organisation's goals. Accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and a graduate of the Tavistock Executive Coaching Programme, my coaching credentials are underpinned by a career that includes high level roles in board level executive search, strategy consulting, brand marketing and retail. When I’m not coaching, my three teenage children take up much of my spare time but I love to ride my horse (look after my mini Shetland ponies which I breed), and ski as often as possible!
