Senior Project Manager, achieving high quality start to finsh delivery of work, organisational skills, client relationships, development of process and line manager for multiple team members in the UK and overseas. Currently I'm working as a Senior Project Manager at Tag Worldwide, closely liasing with clients to deliver advertising to the highest standard. I deal with the day to day communication between client and Tag, organising resource, costing and delivering high volume campaigns from end to end. I manage cost estimates and invoicing updates on all advertsing work within my account. I aim to provide solutions and further improvements into the ways of working for my internal team and the client, as well as liasing with external printers and resources. Working with a global client means my organisation and problem solving skills are put to the test on a daily basis, in which I take pride in being quick to react to each challenge thrown my way. I love learning new areas of the buisness when dealing with new changes to the developing world of advertising, as well as supporting clients in their transitions. As a line manager I aim to help all members of the team grow and be a constant support. Understanding that production needs to have a great rapport with clients to achieve the best possible outcome, I am comfortable operating relevant software that are used to process a quality body of work. These include internal booking systems, reporting systems, Powerpoint, Excel.
