I have more than 20 years’ experience designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, engaging instruction, and innovative learning solutions in order to meet diverse learner needs in an ever-changing environment. I view curriculum and instruction through multiple lenses and strive to create authentic curricular connections through education in the Arts. As an arts educator and performer, I am skilled at working on multiple priorities simultaneously, meeting project and performance deadlines, offering creative solutions and actionable feedback, and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders while attending to every detail. My love of learning and passion for knowledge has inspired me to develop expertise in preparing presentations and professional development workshops, which I have delivered at the local, state, and national levels. I am an unconventional thinker, a reflective leader, educator, and problem solver who gives extensive attention to detail, data, and needs while researching current and best practices to affect change. I am the possessor of a growth mindset, always taking the road less traveled and challenging myself to do better and to be better.
