My professional experience and my education reaffirmed that sustainability is the way to success. I am convinced that working to achieve cost-effective solutions and demonstrate the benefits of sustainable management is the way to make a change. Where environmental and social progress encounter, is where I want my career to develop. I am a knowledge seeker who loves applied maths, big data analysis, coding and solving challenging problems. I have combined my environmental engineering background, sustainable development diploma and renewable energies studies with modelling tools and spatial data science. I am passionate about social and environmental interactions and how to enhance their co-existence. I experienced working alongside different multi-disciplinary teams, where my collaborative, interpersonal and leadership skills were evidenced by excellent collegial relations. My proactiveness, time management, responsibility and flexibility are always recognized in the success of the projects I lead. I have conducted projects on waste management, water treatment, alternative energies, transport efficiency, reuse of sub-products of productive processes and community conscientization programs. I also co-founded a social-environmental project using sustainable architecture principles to showers in low-income neighbourhoods. I am currently applying my advanced digital and data science skills in combination with my environmental engineering knowledge to drive innovation towards clean energy production, natural resources restoration and enabling a circular economy.
