Belain had started working at HEINEKEN in October of 2016 as a management trainee. Her first assignement was in the Perfect Execution team in Trade Marketing (Sub department of Sales) performing tasks of a Perfect Execution Analyst. In addition to that, Belain has been leading on BTL activation for 4 regions in Ethiopia. She was responsible for the visual development, the budget and following up on the execution during the promotion of any activity. Now, she's currently working as the Project Coordinator For Distributor Development in Sales. Belain is responsible for the master data used for the VSM tracking system, field truck branding and functionality, warehouse quality of distributors and most importantly safety of the employees in the distributor warehouse and individuals who will come in at any given point in time. Recently Belain had play a pivotal role in designing a New Rout To Market strategy to increase not only sales, also to make sure the ROT of the company and the stockholders is up to par. After joining 54 FMCG as the Commercial Systems and Information Management. She was in charge of setting up data flow systems and management. She has worked closely with the Commercial Director and others cross functionally. One of the most noteable achievements were setting up a stock managment tool by working alongside the supplier to insure data availability and quality. Now, a memeber of the Unilever team, top responsiblities are distributor developement and market expansion.
