A Senior Denim, Woven’s Designer and brand visionary who is experienced in defining and building young contemporary women's, men’s, and kids denim brands. I have over 10 years experience in heading denim design departments by directing seasonal strategy meeting and kick offs, designing complete trend based seasonal collections and working closely with national and international vendors to develop washes, strike offs, and garment samples while keeping a strict calendar schedule. As a senior denim designer, I also have expertise in heading day to day operations of denim and woven design departments, developing dynamic denim washes, heading weekly fittings, working closely with pattern makers and technical designers to execute great fitting denim and woven garments by designing seasonal collections through TOP.Experienced in implementing goal driven and forward-thinking ideas, policies and procedures that solve complex brand challenges, I am a team leader who engage and communicate effectively with team members while remaining consistent and professional in motivating departmental and company employees. Ultimately, I am dedicated to leading a productive denim department which stays to true to a brands design aesthetic while growing company profitability each season.
