About
A dedicated and highly organised Construction Project Manager with over 13 years of experience project managing high profile building developments. With a background in IT, I have an analytical and process-driven approach which ensures deadlines and budget targets are always met. I build enduring relationships through my natural and approachable communication style, always ensuring win-win outcomes for the business and external stakeholders alike. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS I have been responsible for delivering over 50 new and renewal stores (Coles, Liquorland and First Choice Liquor Market), throughout Queensland and New South Wales with a total value in excess of $120 million. I delivered every store on time, below budget and to a high level of quality. At Project Strategies Australia, I project managed the successful delivery of two major projects - The Barracks and SW1 – ensuring both projects came in on time and on budget. This included effectively project managing the complex development of heritage building sites. At PRD Nationwide, I worked with the developer’s development manager at the concept stage of the project to provide the correct product mix and product type for the development, by gaining an understanding of demographics and residential product type. I continued to work with developers, designers and consultants to the completion of the project to ensure the product and master planning accurately matched market expectations and requirements. This included numerous residential projects with gross realizations ranging from $20 million to $400 million. As Project Manager responsible for bringing new business into the PRD Nationwide Project Marketing Division, I was responsible for growing the business from marketing projects with a total gross realization of $150 million to a gross realization of over $500 million. In 2004, my team’s project management and marketing efforts on the Parklands Project were recognized by being awarded the 2004 UDIA QLD Marketing Excellence Award.
