I am an experienced water and infrastructure executive who's skills and experience has been built through a deep and hands-on approach of developing, operating and managing some of the most technically and commercially advanced projects in the water industry. I have a demonstrated track record in developing and managing very large long term O&M, DBO and BOOT projects from bid stage through commercial and contract negotiation to establishing operations and ongoing client and contract management. KEY SKILLS/ CAPABILITIES • Establishing and leading large multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional HSE, technical and commercial outcomes; • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple organisational levels from board and executive management to operational workforce to gain alignment and delver to business plan; • Ability to develop and lead large commercially and technically complex negotiations for new and existing projects; • Experienced Bid Director leading bids from inception, through the tender phase, commercial negotiations and project implementation. • Strong board and governance focus being both a member and chair of project boards, joint ventures and project special purpose companies.
