Ben Bryson

Ben Bryson is the President for HBK, a division of Spectris PLC that is focused on the development and manufacture of Test and Measurement equipment for the Industrial Sector. A Global role with manufacturing and development centres of excellence in three continents. Prior positions were President for Hydraulics EMEA Business, an Eaton power management company. Responsibilities in position include full P&L for the EMEA Hydraulic Business across 14 sites and 6 countries. This includes strategic product life cycle management for PMC and FC divisions, marketing strategy, delivering on customer growth, flawless program performance, operational execution to our High 5 in line with our Model Plant vision and world class customer service. Previous Eaton experience includes General Manager FMC Fuels for the Global Aerospace Business, Operations Director for the UK FMC, 3 UK Plants with c$300K revenue and c.1500 employees. Prior role held of Plant Manager for Eaton Titchfield, a $200M annual sales 900 people Fuels Systems business. Prior to joining Eaton he worked for 10 years at Honeywell Aerospace in Legal and Operational roles of increasing seniority. In his final Honeywell position he was responsible for all 6 EMEA Repair and Overhaul Aftermarket Operations for APU, Avionics, Wheels and Brakes and Mechanical System Components. Ben started his career at GKN Aerospace after graduating from Southampton Solent University with a BA (Hons) in Business and Law.
