Ben Campbell

My practice is focused on all aspects of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on litigation and patent prosecution. For the last 7 years, I have been drafting and prosecuting patent applications as well as counseling clients on the patenting process, including identifying potentially patentable inventions. The patent applications I have prosecuted have been in a variety of fields and technologies including all manners of electrical and mechanical systems such as: automotive electronics and interiors; manufacturing methods; residential HVAC; robotics; electronic water management devices; paper-making processes; and fishing tackle. I am admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the U.S. District court for the Northern District of Illinois, and am registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. When I'm not at the office, I am probably getting hit with hockey pucks (or at least trying) at one of the local inline or ice hockey rinks.
