The majority of my expertise is with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software. I have been working on the computers of my friends and family since middle school (over 15 years) and worked in a wide range of different technical support roles. These roles have given me a broad view of the Information Technology world, from telecom support to graphic design support to server and admin support. With my experience in all different areas of IT, I have developed outstanding Customer Service skills. I try my hardest to resolve issues on the first contact, and if that is not possible I work diligently until it is resolved. With the different applications I have worked with, including multiple CRM and knowledgebase systems, my note-taking and documentation skills are excellent.
