I love the data challenges in the rapid evolving world of a companies' information architecture. As for every data architect, it is key for me to understand how the business works and it is key to master digital technology. Being at the crossing of business and technology allows me to develop, as engineer and as a human being. I love the opportunity to meet a lot of diverse and competent people, with whom it is great to share work and success. With the sole purpose to design integrated data solutions that enable the enterprise to generate benefits for its customers. Over the years I gained expertise in data architecture across functional boundaries of the enterprise. I did learn a lot about agile development, lean design, organizational influencing, change management, team coaching and business process engineering. My personality turns around thoroughness, analytic brain power, persistence, collaboration and working internationally.
