Ben Kuipers

For years already my personal motto has been “performing with people”. In my perspective that means developing and encouraging people to enjoy a good and productive (working) life together. I strongly believe that teamwork, leadership and change are central issues to achieve this ambition. As a researcher, teacher and trainer, entrepreneur, consultant and writer I am continuously working in cooperation with others to create an impact in both science and in organizations. Combining theory and practice is what I find exciting. Defining the difference between what is private and what is public I find unnecessary. However, determining purpose to make a difference in the world we live in – I find essential. The purpose you have as an individual, as a team or as an organization is the basis for leadership. Let’s start from there!
