I am a seasoned HR professional with more than 16 years of HR Generalist experience, including 8 years as an HR Manager. My work efficiency and effectiveness come from using ChatGPT and iOS apps such as MS Whiteboard/To Do/OneNote, Formula Calculator, Organisation Chart, Timeline, Process workflow, Mindmap, Work Journal Diary, Project Planning, Checklist...etc I continue to expand my HR knowledge and managerial skills. I achieve that by reading HBR articles, self-improvement books and HR books via Kindle. I am resuming my part-time MBA studies at the University of Adelaide in April 2023.
