Hi everyone ! I'm an experienced and talented Digital Transformation Consultant in the Healthcare Industry, having worked over 23 years in the NHS as both an ICT Change Analyst, e-Learning Developer, Clinical Systems Training Lead, EPR Trainer, Floorwalking Manager, RTT Training Consultant, Validation Team Lead and PAS Helpdesk Manager. I've worked in all aspects of the EPR/EHR project lifecycle in digital transformation including Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training and Implementation. I have a wealth of experience using, testing and training various healthcare IT systems e.g. Cerner, Medway, Lorenzo, Oasis, RIO, IPM, Epro, Medisoft and Bluespier to name a few ! I've built up a wealth of knowledge and experience around clinical/non-clinical workflows and project methodology in NHS trusts all over the country, including London, Sussex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Yorkshire and the West Midlands. I've also been involved with all aspects of 18 Weeks team leadership, validation and training since the whole idea of 18 Weeks was first mooted in the NHS back in 2007.
