Transformed the digital presence and capabilities of Royal Mail, mobilising AI and automation, and introducing an agile operating model, as well as redesigning customer journeys, replatforming the shop, rebuilding key eCommerce apps, to deliver significant financial benefits. Turned around a failing direct mail marketing business with a £1bn turnover, implementing a new strategic positioning, proposition and marketing strategy, delivering a step change in growth.
