My career objective is to work in a client-facing role where I'm able to provide solutions to problems, build relationships with clients and colleagues and keep abreast with sales/marketing developments. I'm particularly keen to learn more about customer service, recruitment, online technology and online marketing Having worked as a Training Supervisor across the past year, I've gained valuable experience in confidently delivering course material, working with students of varied abilities and ensuring students achieve their desired qualifications. My current role is varied and incorporates a range of additional activities including planning lessons, advertising courses in the local area, liaising with students and recruiting students from referral sources. I aim to be the problem solver in my career, who can motivate and develop clients/colleagues to new levels of success.
