Working for electrical engineering consulting firms, I have design experience in low voltage power, equipment specification and procurement, and engineering support during construction and commissioning. I have a strong work ethic and I am a dependable team member achieving objectives on time, under a customer’s satisfaction. I am eager to learn new skills and to continuously improve. I am highly motivated, and I am committed to achieving quality work through my dedication and loyalties. I am able to work independently and I thrive in a team environment. I have utilized the Canadian Electrical Code and I am familiar with ASHRAE 90.1 (Sections 8-10). I I have a keen interest in electrical engineering of buildings and power distribution and transmission. I am working towards completing a masters level certificate in power and transmission from Gonzaga University. I have used AutoCAD to create and modify engineering packages for oil battery upgrades consisting of the following types of drawings: single line diagrams, cable tray layouts with cable routing, wiring schematics, PLC schematics with I/O diagrams, lighting panel schedules and cable schedules. I have used AGi32 to design the light fixture layout of YYC Airport expansion. I am able to learn other software: I have experience with Dialux, AGI32, TraceCalc and Computrace. I have a fundamentals of ETAP certificate, a REVIT MEP certificate and my LEED GA credential. Working in smaller companies, I was able to successfully complete multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Doing so required staying organized and prioritizing daily activities.
