I have worked in the IBM Business Partner arena for 20 years and in the industry for over 25. My journey has seen me take on roles from Operator (System36) to Operations Manager, Technical Consultant and to my present role of Account Management. I have experienced the pressures from both sides of the desk and feel this helps me understand the pressures involved in delivery of services to customers and end users alike. I have worked at Chilli since 2004 and find the consultative approach to sales fits me perfectly. My goal at Chilli is to build strong, long term, mutually beneficial relationships with my customers and also try and have a little fun along the way. I enjoy keeping active in my spare time and run and cycle whenever time permits. I have a long term goal of a cycling holiday in Italy but it seems to get further away each year! I enjoy traveling and take my Leica M9-P wherever I go. I'm a self appointed expert (or bore, you decide) on coffee and pizza, just ask me.
