Ich arbeite seit 2015 bei der SRG SSR. Angefangen habe ich als Techniker im Helpdesk. Bei dieser Aufgabe habe ich alle Fragen rund um den Empfang der SRG Programme beantwortet. In dieser Aufgabe habe ich immer mehr den Support der IT-Infrastruktur übernommen. Mit der Einführung des CRM wurde ich zum Admistrator des CRM-Tools von Salesforce. Die Weiterentwicklung in diesen Bereichen hat mich zur jetzigen Position als Fachspezialist ERP / CRM geführt.
