I recently acquired my Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I have strong theoretical and practical knowledge of research methodology, survey design, research methodology, analysis, employee training and development, performance management (e.g., performance appraisals and evaluations), excellent (verbal and written) communication skills and experience interfacing with clients. As well as experience with statistical analysis using SPSS. I have provided job analytics, survey design and analysis, performance management, training, and coaching. I have experience with developing competency models, promotional criteria, and performance standards. As well as, experience in areas such as job analysis techniques, competency modeling, behaviorally based performance standards, career, and change management. I have experience in project management and industrial psychology all while utilizing strategic, creative, out-of-the-box thinking. My years of experience while working in a professional environment while in school, as an Academic Technology Support assistant, where I organized, explained, tutored and prepared technology to university staff on an academic, administrative, troubleshooting level, has poised into a professional problem solver. I believe that my analytical skills will result in me becoming an asset of the company and helping the company reach its organizational goals. These are my goals and I am highly motivated to reach them. I have attached a link to my graduate practicums. My first practicum was with a nation wide non-profit, AVANCE, my professor and I were hired as consultants for curriculum development, program development, testing implementation, and the second practicum developing and implementing surveys for catholic bishops and clergy to develop training programs that were most needed in the organization.
