G'day, Project Engineer with 7 years experience in the industrial gas, oil and gas and mining sectors with materials such as stainless steels, carbon steels, duplex and aluminum in particular. I help to ensure the customer obtains the required solution for their often complex requirements with respect to cost, quality and time. Cross-functional communications internally and externally are relished and are the majority of what I do day to day. Some examples include: - Extensive and detailed tender quotations and compliance of mechanical pipework and pump systems, valves and instrumentation for customers such as APA, Jemena, Newcrest Mining, Chevron, BMD etc. - Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and closing projects including leading other engineers, extensive documentation via MDR creation and lessons learnt feedback loops. - Working with internal and external third parties involved in production, fabrication, procurement, supply chain and engineering to design, procure, build and test mechanical and electrical systems to Australian and International Standards. I get excited about opportunities where I am able to be challenged in a senior level project management or senior level engineering management roles responsible for leading a team and being responsible for meeting a departments target.
