Benjamin Haddon

With a diverse career background to date, I am currently employed as an Electrician both maintaining and more recently operating a Mainline Rail Grinding Track Machine predominantly on night shit across the Rio Tinto Iron Ore Network in the Pilbara. Previously working in Oil and Gas industry Offshore in the Tubular Running Services Division of Weatherford International Across the Asia Pacific Region as a Rig System Services Technician Specialist working on installation, commissioning and operations on a wide range to casing running equipment and support infrastructure. Prior to immigrating to Western Australia I was an Electrical Maintenance Technician in the British Royal Air Force, working on an extensive range of Ground Support Equipment (GSE). I am proven to be adaptable to new environments with vast experience in multi-national and diverse-environments including the South Atlantic Falkland Islands, Kandahar Afghanistan and more recently international operations across the across Asia Pacific region. Always seeking to challenge myself, applying my trade and developed experience with the confidence that I have gained through most recently the Rail industry and previous Oil and Gas industry with a solid foundation of excellent self-discipline attributed to my service in the Armed Forces, demonstrating the value I can add to any employer’s workforce.
