Benjamin has more than 16 years tax experience in professional accounting firms serving a wide range of local, multinational and listed companies. He also spent 4 years with the internal tax department of a bank attending to various tax matters within the bank and its larger group of related companies. Benjamin specialises in diverse industries including manufacturing, aviation & transportation services, consumer business, technology, media and telecommunications, life science and healthcare, and particularly in financial services where he has significant experience in banks, funds, trusts and general insurance. He is regularly involved in tax consultancy and planning services including tax M&A work, corporate restructuring, cross-border transactions, business model optimisation, tax ruling requests, and Singapore tax incentive applications. He is a member of CPA Australia and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He is also an Accredited Tax Advisor with the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals.
