A 5th year astronomy student at the University of Canterbury undertaking a MSc degree working Assoc. Prof. Karen Pollard. My research is looking at a sample of Southern Hemisphere chemically peculiar stars to understand how the strong magnetic fields alters the behaviours of these stars. My data is collected from the University of Canterbury Mt John Observatory (UCMJO) using the 1m McLellan Telescope with the HERCULES spectrograph.
