I have many years experience from various backgrounds. A few of my best attributes were gained from being a project coordinator, dealing with the day to day running of site, and the procurement of staff and materials, making sure the project ran to budget. Following redundancy, I found myself working for the Local Council in the department of Cemeteries and Crematorium, where I gained my qualification, ICCM BTEC for the role of Crematorium Technician, allowing me to be able to use the furnaces to carry out cremations. I gained so much customer service insight on various religions, different cultures, diversity and people in general. I also trained as a Health and Safety Rep as the liaison between staff and Management for the department. Once again, that job came to an end through redundancy, where I decided to self fund my self to complete a gas qualification, which I successfully achieved gaining my qualification in gas. I hold a full CCN1 gas qualification with extras added on which helped me get the job I'm in today as a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer. I am always looking to grow and progress where ever I can and thrive in learning new skills.
