Worked as Project Manager at Bank of Montreal China Co. Ltd in Guangzhou, and Project Manager at HSBC Bank China Limited in Shanghai. Acted as Project Manager, Business Analyst and IT Relationship Manager.  Consultant at CFETS (China Foreign Exchange Trading System), fulltime attached from HSBC to CFETS to design their new trading platform (CFETS2015) for China interbank market.  Member of China Financial Standardization Technical Committee-Interbank Market Working Group under PBOC, helps China to standardize its technology and API for interbank market.  Member of FIX Protocol Limited (FPL) China Working Group, promotes the FIX protocol in China and helps the financial institutes in China to develop their API.  Worked at HSBC Head Quarter in London for 1 year, familiar with the overseas markets.  Solid knowledge on FX trading, and extensive knowledge on other products in China market and banking operation.  Hands-on experience on the whole SDLC, including BA, PM, development, testing, support, procurement and vendor management, started to touch on the compliance and legal in the China banking industry.  Built good relationship with local regulators and exchanges like CFETS, SHFE, SGE and SSE technical and management team, able to help the bank to gain more opportunities in China market.  Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) and Project management IN Controlled Environment (PRINCE2) Practitioner, passed Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)® foundation exam.
