● Mechanical and Microtechnical Engineer with over 8 years of experience in product development, design, methods & industrialization and production in medical devices (biomedical engineering), watch industry and micromechanics. I was recently Product Development Engineer at Mabuchi Motor Electromag SA. I was in charge of the design, development and project management of new high-speed electric micromotors (BLDC) used in advanced medical applications. My previous experiences: - Mechanical Development Engineer at Bien-Air Surgery, I developed, produced and industrialised medical devices in the surgical field (Class II). - Methods & Industrialization Engineer at Donzé-Baume, Branch of Richemont International SA. I was in charge of defining, developing, and qualifying manufacturing processes for new products. - Engineering Project Manager, I was in charge of the management of new products development projects of watches and automata from the project initialization phase to the realization as well as the research and development of movements and complications at Henry Maillardet, exclusive micromanufacture in watches, jewelry, automata and music box. ● I have a solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and I am able to take it into account from the design stage in order to be able to lead reliable expertise: choose the most suitable materials, optimize design, evaluate outsourcing, design and optimize manufacturing process and control. ● I am graduated from the National Engineering Institute in Mechanics and Microtechnologie of Besançon, France. I studied micromechanics from design to manufacturing.
