My name is Bernard Hüdepohl, and I’m passionate to let people make a (personal)breakthrough……… and allow everyone to live through that moment! I’m convinced and believe that everyone has talent and the power to find their fulfillment. I have a broad experience in establishing organizations and the necessary processes and bring this expertise to my role as a life coach and soft skills trainer to inspire individuals and teams. With a refreshing view, experience, sense of humor, inspiration and authenticity, I attention to what the people actually engaged. The styles I handle and what I get back from the coachee’s are: inspirational, motivating, authentic, provocative, empathic, safe, direct feedback and above all with respect. My credentials include certifications as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by the Coaching Training Institute (CTI) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) both recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
