Currently leading our Americas Learning Quality and Risk Mitigation Team. This team is to help make sure content available to our learners aligns to EY values and provides for an inclusive environment. We help identify risks and define processes and controls to help meet those goals. -------------------------------------- As a Senior Manager in the Chicago office, I have over 14 years of experience serving public companies across various industries, including technology, transportation/logistics, real estate, financial services, and consumer products. I’ve led teams to assess clients’ internal controls to support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. I helped develop responses to address risks exposed by control gaps. I supported third party reporting assessments (Service Organization Controls Reports [SOC1/SSAE16 and SOC2]). Outside the client service work, I’ve led our Asian-American affinity group in the Chicago office (PAPN) and helped engage EY in external Asian-American business affinity group events. I actively support campus recruiting efforts to identify the next generation of EY professionals. I dedicate time to facilitate internal training for junior staff members to develop their technical and business skills.
