I have many years of experience liaising with the Independent Sector Adjudication Service (ISCAS), implementing their judgment throughout the company and providing written reports to the Board in relation to customer feedback and complaint management compliance.My versatility and enthusiasm is demonstrated in my joint ownership of a challenging and thriving property company made up of a significant number of Houses of Multiple Occupation with the associated experience of managing tenants first hand and ensuring long term tenancies through great customer experiences.In my latest role as a Director in a healthcare leadership team, I promoted a successful, engaged and motivated workforce and ultimately played a pivotal role in planning strategies for the achievement of company business objectives and targets. Working at Board level, I managed the clinical governance function of the company to ensure the highest standards of care delivery whilst meeting all legal, professional and regulatory requirements with regulatory bodies and healthcare agencies.
