I started out in the IT industry as a person who never touched a computer but due to a run in with a call centre tech who spoke with me using gibberish I decided at that point I was going to go back to school and learn about the IT industry. So I applied at CDI College and enter the programmer/analyst program and completed the program and received a diploma. I then decided that I needed more so I went to NAIT and completed another year and received a Systems analyst Certificate. This led me to my experiences with the education system and then on to engineering. One of my bosses said to the other techs Bernice will do whatever it takes she is not afraid to take on a challenge. I love the type of work that I do and working with others. I like processes to be in place and will help where ever you need me. I like to learn and teach others and help them to be successful in their jobs and confident that they can contact me if they need help. I like a challenge and like to learn new things. When you look at my resume you will see all the learning experiences I have had. I like to complete and finish any job that I am given and will give it my all. If I don't know the answer I will be the first to tell you that I will need some time to find the answer and I will supply it to the customer as soon as I can. I hope that I can share my experience with you and others.
