ℹ️ I'm a graduated political scientist who ended up heading the festivals and label output of one of the world's strongest brands in niche electronic music and art. 🙋‍♂️ An always-smiling music geek at heart, over the course of 8 years I've learned all sides of the music and events world. In that time I worked on 20+ large scale events in 🇳🇱, 🇧🇷, and 🇭🇷 (100k visitors yearly), countless stand-alone club events, and ~75 music releases. In doing so I rolled out budgets, thought out operational and communication strategies, worked with partners and brands, and let my creative brain spark by programming line-ups, A&R'ing albums, curating our podcast series and radio show. I spearheaded our company's DEI and sustainability policies and initiatives. 💡 I'm an idealistic and positive-critical person and I love to surround myself with spirited people. I don't believe in limitless growth and I think an organization should be built in unison with human well-being and ecological stability 🌍. An artists career path or the personal growth of a team member are more valuable to me than financial gains or image concerns. 👋 I live and work in Amsterdam where I spend most of my time with my family and friends. I collect music ,like making mixes (track lists in particular are fun), read non-fiction on how the world works or should work, play and watch football, run long distances as fast as possible, and am a total productivity-freak (I love Sheets, memorized hundreds of hotkeys and totally customised my to-do apps 🤓).
