Assistant Manager (Operations) • Firm believer of Fish Philosophy • Call monitoring and evaluating them to set the standards. • Responsible for a staff of 60 associates and 5 team leads • Reporting Directly to the Operations Manager, Senior Manager, AVP. • Communicating with different departments and the superiors to ensure that the task is completed. • Daily/weekly/fortnightly roastering the teams to the respective Shifts. • Maintaining the login records of the team members and team leads and the working hours. • All Unusual activity must be noted in the Operations daily activity file and need to keep in loop with the Operations Manager. • Have a firm knowledge about the business, process, policies of the Operational fuction also the Compliance sections • Lead by setting a good example (role model) - behavior consistent with words • Team Motivation by maintaining the Buzz on the floor, by introducing new events based on performance and revenue generation. • Maintaining the Compliance level to Zero tolerance • Training with respect to Collection Techniques. • Setting of Targets and budget for the Teams on a monthly basis. • Preparing the Incentive Slabs for the team members • Preparing the performance report for the team members, team leaders, half yearly for the Appraisal process • Performance reports and Evaluation of Collectors and team leaders with respect to performance • Preparation of Day to Day performance report • Providing the performance report to the management on a daily, weekly,fortnightly and monthly basis • Preparing the PNL reports for the teams on a monthly basis • Having the least attrition rate Specialties: The Pilot batch Success Certified for exceeding the targets.
