Hello! Let me introduce myself. My name is Beth Ann Heiner. I am so lucky to reside on a small farm in Lexington, KY with my husband, Fritz, amongst some of the most beautiful farms in the area. A mother of three adult children and four grandchildren, I dedicate my time to watercolor painting, virtual design, real estate, my beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog, Blitzy, horses, outdoor activities and volunteering at the Kentucky Horse Park. I have over 30 years of experience in the architectural interior design service by drafting and planning clients' renovation, space planning or adjusting construction plans. I specialize in studying the existing architecture to assure the end result looks like it has always been a part of the original structure. My clients are then able to choose their own contractor for pricing and final construction of the project.
