Have you ever met anyone who went to school, attended a workshop, a bootcamp, or earned an online certificate, and then went out into the real world, but had trouble performing?Solving this problem of how people translate book knowledge into real life experience to perform better in the real world is the focus of my life’s work.My life’s work is embodied as a meta-theory, US Patent, and Cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed to drive human performance achievement across life roles, across the life span.We take all of that evidence across the life sciences and pair it with my 30 years of experience as an occupational therapist specializing in the neurosciences to answer one question, “What drives human performance achievement?”We take all of that scientific evidence that is at times hard to understand, and even harder to integrate into one’s day to day life, and bake it into a heuristic—a simple, fun to use browser-based Web App.We help people perform better - in the real world - where it counts!The opusomni ecosystem’s workforce and talent development vertical, Purple Forest, creates capacity for people to upskill and new skill in an affordable, accessible way. We offer a turn-key solution for employers to partner with us to offer our US Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeships to upskill and new skill their workforce.
