My goal as a counselor is to help individuals find their voice when it is often hard to find, to find a balance between work and play, and to be successful in living a healthy and happy life. I have two passions in life - counseling and yoga. Someday, I'd like to build a place that incorporates these two passions. I try to incorporate aspects of yoga in to my counseling, such as deep breathing, meditation, and sometimes even asanas! Life can be hard sometimes, but you don't always have to go through it alone. That's what I'm here for, to be beside you in your journey.
