Key Responsibilities • Drafting and updating standard sales contract documents, including for all new products and services launched, to ensure they are kept up to date in terms of legal developments, regulatory compliance and company processes and procedures• Drafting and negotiating sales contracts ensuring that contractual and commercial risks are mitigated as far as possible and that any residual risks are fully understood and approved by the business• Reviewing and responding to contractual and commercial content of customer ITTs/RFPs• Reviewing and negotiating supplier agreements including data centre suite agreements, Cloud Service Provider (CSP) agreements and Service Provider Licence Agreements (SPLA)• Responding to Ofcom consultations in relevant areas and ensuring new regulations are understood and adopted in time by the company• Overseeing litigation, employment and property law matters• Overseeing management of intellectual property portfolio including completing and renewing IPO registrations• Assisting the Finance Director in obtaining appropriate insurance cover• Providing ad-hoc general legal advice and support• Management, recruitment and development of the legal team• Engaging specialised external legal resource when required• Carrying out due diligence on potential acquisitions
