Hello! I'm Beth, and I'm a consultant, facilitator, coach and podcast host. I'm the founder of two businesses: Transforment - my transformational development consultancy, working with organisations as a consultant, facilitator and coach. Create WorkJoy - my mission led organisation to bring more joy to people's working lives through the #workjoyjam podcast and the #workjoyway coaching programme. My mission is to help people create and cultivate WorkJoy and to enable organisations to create the right environment for success. With experience across commercial, public sector and not-for-profit environments, my diverse background allows me to be highly agile in my approach, adapting to fit the context, culture and needs of each organisation I work with. With a focus on the UK market, I have honed my skills in developing future leaders who can adapt, contribute and lead in an ever-changing world. My style balances support and challenge in equal measure and my focus is enabling people to empower themselves to achieve their goals. As a coach, by focusing on strengths, I supercharge confidence and help people find ways to utilise their skills in an authentic and sustainable way. By focussing on unlocking talents, interrupting unhelpful habits, building confidence and navigating through challenges, I support the people I work with to find joy in their current roles, discover the right blend of work and life and be ready for the future. Un-afraid to challenge, I make sure people face up to, and proactively tackle, areas where they are not finding joy, addressing issues or tackling unhelpful habits.
