Bethaney Kidman

I’m a Contract Administrator/Estimator at Tectonics Construction Group, a commercial builder in Albany, Western Australia. In this role I prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial, residential and government projects. Before joining Tectonics Construction Group, I worked for a local Architect, Hobbs Smith Holmes Architects as a draftsperson. I was lucky to have a mentor with over 30 years of experience in the building industry teaching me the finer details of work drawings and why they are so important. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other members of the construction industry. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favourite part of the job is visiting site at tender stage and then during different phases of the build. Seeing the high standard of finish that the team at Tectonics Construction Group demands.
