McDonald's restaurant was my first full-time employment experience where I worked in a fast-paced environment as a member of the team. Gaining new customer service skills and confidence I later secured a job in retail as a customer service assistant at B&M, alongside studying NVQ qualifications in Beauty Therapy. Shortly afterwards I was offered a Spa Therapist position at Rockliffe Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa. Working within a 5* establishment for 2 years provided me with excellent face-to-face customer communication skills, increased self-belief and motivation. Unfortunately, progression opportunities were unavailable which encouraged me to pro-actively seek further employment. Since discovering a new career in business administration at PSI Global Ltd I have obtained knowledge of MS packages, acquire excellent telephone manner and have become much more organised. I feel optimistic regarding my decision for a career change and I am hopeful that with my ambitious personality I will become very successful.
