Bethany Wiley, MPH, CYT

I am passionate about guiding others in their personal wellness journey and have served in a corporate wellness role since 2006, have a Master's Degree in Public Health, a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, and taught yoga since 2013. I'm also a freelance writer on the side. My favorite components to working in wellness is creating compelling content and teaching others, especially those engaged in making a change for better health. I have experience in creating, developing, designing, and writing health promotion materials and teaching classes. In 2020-2021, I taught a total of 1,845 students, with class sizes ranging from 10-150 per class. In class surveys, 95% of participants reported very or extremely likely to participate in a course again. I enjoy helping others find their best self! I am blessed to learn from my students and am forever grateful for the ways I have been impacted by others in my own wellness journey.
