Being part of the Clients Services team I believe I am the face of PPL Training Ltd and if I can make a good impression it will improve a clients experience with us. I am a people person and a good listener so will listen to instructions and advice and If I do not know the answer I am willing to ask to make sure I give the correct answer, and not just put what I believe is correct. These are qualities that anyone working in a team environment must have to thrive and help improve the team they are in.
